还是先上菜吧~咸蛋黄烧南瓜,卖相非常不错~!

材料准备,咸蛋黄是婷婷帮我切碎的,非常辛苦,刀工不错,表扬~

南瓜先下锅炸软捞出来~

锅内盛少许油,然后把咸蛋黄碎放入,小火翻炒.

待蛋黄起泡再放入南瓜和调料继续翻炒下就可以出锅拉~

麻婆豆腐~
材料:老豆腐,郫县豆瓣酱.
做法:把豆腐切块放在油锅里煎黄,然后放入郫县豆瓣酱,还有糖,鸡精等调料(不用放盐了),最后用水淀粉勾芡出锅即可.

出锅拉,小瓜说这个好吃~我觉得口味重了些,搭配米饭不错~!

不错!又学了一招:咸蛋黄烧南瓜。不过,南瓜用油就能炸软吗?
